With the 2019 General Elections looming, we have received an invitation from Together Gibraltar.
The Gibraltar The Together Gibraltar party has extended an invitation to the whole Community to a meeting on Thursday 10 October 2019 at 7.30 pm for an 8 pm start at Little Bay in Ocean Village.
The meeting is scheduled just over a week before polling day for the General Elections and will give those attending the opportunity not only to meet in person (in an informal setting) the ten candidates standing for election on the Together Gibraltar slate but also to quiz them as candidates seeking your vote at the forthcoming General Elections.
While I would be happy to ask on any member’s behalf (if for any reason he/she does not wish to do so in person) any question that is brought to the Committee’s attention at least a day before the meeting, it is open to all those attending to put direct to all or any of the candidates questions or comment on any matter of concern or interest to them.
You will also have the opportunity to meet (on dates and at venues to be announced in due course) and hear the Candidates from the GSD and GSLP / Liberal Alliance and will be asked by all the candidates on both sides to exercise your vote on 17 October 2019 and it is, therefore, in your interests not only to attend the meeting but also to submit/ask questions on matters of interest or concern to you and to make the most of the opportunity that has been offered to the Community by the Together Gibraltar party.
